The Charleston Technology Center is a six-story, Class A technology center with adjoining parking garage located in the “Upper Peninsula” area.  The City of Charleston created this state-of-the-art facility in response to Charleston’s burgeoning technology sector.  Peters not only painted the core & shell of the building and parking garage, but also completed multiple tenant upfits throughout the building such as Insight Global, Workiva, 3^rd Floor Spec Suites, Conrex, and Family Asset Management.
