As South Carolina’s largest not-for-profit electric cooperative, Berkeley Electric Cooperative serves over 100,000 accounts across Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester counties. This new facility for Berkeley Electric Cooperative included a warehouse, vehicle storage, a two-story office space, and a 25,000 sq. ft. stand-alone vehicle maintenance building. This project was loaded with accent-colored walls, five different textile wallcoverings, structural steel, and tilt-up concrete.
