This project was a three-story mixed-use retail and office building. Key design elements include nearly 30% glass storefronts, structural steel framing, and a combination of stucco, tongue-and-groove artisan Hardie plank, and metal panels for the exterior. Peters performed the interior and exterior painting of the core and shell as well as the upfit for Beach Residential.
