The Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites hotel and Lowcountry Conference Center in Summerville, SC, sits within the Nexton community. The dual-brand concept caters to both select service and extended stay hotel customers through one property. This eight-story structure with 250 guest rooms is the tallest building in Summerville and Berkeley County. A two-story, 36,000 square foot conference center is attached to the hotel. This project featured 25 different wallcovering patterns and 24 different paint colors.
