The Pinch Hotel is a 22 room boutique hotel, right on King Street in the heart of historic downtown Charleston. It is the renovation of the old Bob Ellis Building. Besides the elaborate finishes, the architects wanted the exterior stucco to have an aged patina look in lieu of just being painted. We produced several mock-up panels being careful it was something our guys could reproduce on a three-story building and would also pass the BAR. Surprisingly, it went very well.
