The painting of this four-story medical office building included the core and shell as well as multiple tenant upfits including MUSC, Palmetto Primary Care, Palmetto Infusion, Nexton Women’s Health, and Nexton Retina Clinic. This project is positioned as a key addition to the region’s growing healthcare infrastructure, aligned with the broader development of Nexton, a 4,500-acre community that will ultimately feature 8,000 homes.
